What data
What you enter in the form: name, work email, company, questionnaire type, number of questions, deadline and your notes. If you email us: your email and what you write in it.
What for
To reply to your request, prepare a quote and stay in touch about it. We do this because you ask us to. We don't send newsletters and we never sell your data.
Who processes the data
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. Netlify is a US company; data may be processed outside the EU.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address.
- Email to hello@holdvero.com is forwarded by Cloudflare (a US company) to our mailbox at Proton (Switzerland).
We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking.
How long
If no engagement follows, we delete your request within 12 months. If one does, we keep what our administration requires, such as invoices we must keep for 7 years by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email hello@holdvero.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
