Is this software?
No. Evidence Maintenance is a managed service we run for you. We work with the storage agreed in the engagement.
How is the price set?
Based on the number of answers and claims, the number of evidence sources, the maintenance rhythm and how many questionnaires you expect per year. After a call you get a fixed price per period.
We don't have a set of approved answers yet. Can we still start?
Yes. It often starts with a Questionnaire Rescue. Those answers become the baseline.
Who owns the answers?
You do. We propose and flag; you approve what goes to customers.
What if an answer no longer holds?
We flag it, with the reason and what it takes to support it again. We change nothing without your approval.
