What we need from you
The more we have, the fewer open items. If you don't have something, that's an answer too.

Information security policy, privacy policy, data processing agreement.
Technical
Hosting and architecture, access management, backup, logging.
Previous answers
Questionnaires you've answered before, certificates or a pentest summary.
A contact person
Someone to answer short questions, usually half an hour in total.

Which questionnaires do you handle?
Security and supplier questionnaires, NIS2 questions from customers, privacy assessments, AI questionnaires and security sections of tenders. In Dutch or English.
What if it's more than 150 questions, or a portal?
Then it's a complex questionnaire. After a short check you get a fixed price from €1,195.
What if our documentation isn't in order?
Then you'll see open items, each with what it takes to close it. We never fill in what you can't back up. You decide what goes to your customer.
How do you handle confidential documents?
We sign your NDA or ours before you share anything, plus a data processing agreement. Documents are not used to train AI models. Source files are removed from our active systems within 90 days after the engagement unless agreed otherwise in writing. More on Security and data.
When do I pay?
You first get a fixed price and schedule. You only pay after you agree to it, as set out in the engagement letter.
